A Need to Press Pause

I feel like I have been neglecting my blog and craftroom!  Ever since, I went back to week over 2 weeks again, life has gotten away from me!  I have been coming home to 25-50 emails .  So, I decided to press the pause button and just take a minute to read my comments, leave some comments, check email and craft. 

First, THANKS SO MUCH to the fabulous ladies: Felicia, Esther, Diana, Sherrie K and Amy for honoring me with the Butterfly award!!

Second, I made Jamie's Design Team over at JME Creations!  Woot, Woot!!!  This is her very first deisgn team, so I honored to be selected!!   My first post is Monday, awesome group of ladies!!!  I am excited:)

Finally, I took a few minutes to craft.  I made a few cards!  One was for a friend of mine that needed a card for a co-worker and one is for the MyPinkStamper card drive. 

Thanks for hanging in there with me!  Thanks for all the great comments, I am going to try to get in my craftroom at least 2 times a week!  I so miss the challenges!! Thanks for stopping by!

Passing the Torch!!

It seems like yesterday, I started my journey with AmberInk carrying my Purple Torch.  They say, "all good things must come to an end:("  This has been an awesome run, but I must now pass my torch on to another deserving runner!  I am now an "Alumni Torchbearer", WOW, that sounds pretty official!

 I proudly pass my torch to .........Lucianna @ Dilsaver Designs!!!   She is such an awesome cardmaker, I am proud to know her!  She started me using my colored pencils and OMS.  She is helpful and always willing to help a fellow blogger!!!  All of her projects are awesome:)  So, stop by and show her some love and watch her do her magic!!  I am very excited:)

Parting is such sweet sorrow

Today is my last post for AmberInks:(  Wow, I guess time really flies when you are having fun!!  Has it really been 6 weeks already?  The time has come that I must pass my torch, but I have enjoyed every single minute of this journey!  Thanks, Cammi for passing me the torch!!!  I hope you enjoy my final project!  I paper pieced the gift box.  The image, sentiment and i-paper came from AmberInk!!  Thanks for stopping by:)

Wow, it is Saturday already!  I am not sure what happened the rest of this week:)  I love this sentiment!  I have so enjoyed being a torchbearer for AmberInk!!!!  I only have one more project and my time will come to pass the torch:(

Fluttering Heart!

Happy Tuesday!  Today, I have my third project for AmberInk!  This has been a great exprience, I have really enjoyed using their digi stamps and i-paper!  They have a lot of sentiment digis, so I decided to use one for my card!  Make sure you stop by and check them out, you will love their images!  I used copics to color the images, spellbinder and ink for the background!  Thanks for stopping by!

HAPPY Birthday!

Hello, Happy Humpday!  I cannot believe less than 2 weeks to school, NOOOO make it stop!!!  Ok, I disgress, back to the reason you're here!!

Olive You!!

Happy Tuesday!!! Today I have my second project for AmberInk!  I made a cute 3x3 note card to sneak in my husband's lunch box.  The Olive paper with sentiment is from Amber Inks, i-paper collection.  It is really nice and they have a great selection.  It is really cool because you just print it on your printer, instant decorative paper!  Stop by and check it out Amber Ink!!! Cardstock and ribbon are scraps fom my stash!   Thanks for all the kind comments!  Have a great day:)
