MPS Color Challenge

Wow! I am on a roll:)  This is my entry for My Pink Stamper Color Challenge.  This is my second challenge.  I got a new camera today, WOOHOO!  Thanks sister, u rock!  Monday was my birthday and this was her present to me.  Who knew that 12 mega pixels would make such a difference:)  For the challenge, I made a 3 3/4 x 9 card.  The colors had to be PINK (of course!), GREEN, ORANGE and BROWN.  I used the doddlecharm cartridge and cut the flowers and leaves on pg. 91 @ 2.5".  The "thanks" is from Wild Card cut @ 6".  The decorative paper for flowers is the DCWV Glitter Mat Stack.  I used green ribbon amd lime green stickles.  I used Peachy Keen funshine faces on the flowers and covered the faces in glitter.  Thanks for stopping by!

Note Cards

These note cards are for a special person in my life.  I made her a set for June and decided I would make her a set every month, I can never repay her and her husband for all they do.  I used FY cart and cut the hat at 3 1/2".  The paper is core'dinations from Joann's and DCWV Flower Shower Spring stack.  The white card is 4 x 5.5", from Michael's prescored recollections value pack.  I hope she is too busy to look at my blog before I give these to her:)

Congratulations!

My sister asked me to make a card for a friend that was having a baby.  So, I pulled out the New Arrival cart.  The card is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I cut the baby and stork @ 3 1/2".  Also, my Peachy Keen Stamps arrived yesterday, but since I was sick, I had to wait until today.  I purchased the Funshine assortment, which I used on the baby's face:) I am in love with them already.  I'm checking to see which set I want next!

A friend needed graduation cards for her sons and wanted me to incorporate their favorite sports! Here is what I came up with, I think they came out pretty good if I must say so myself:) Okay I will work on the camera work, promise!

Happy Birthday!

Happy Mother's Day

This is one of my many Mother's Day cards. I saw a sticker that inspired me to make this one! I made this one special for my cricut buddy Theresa:)

Happy Birthday to Pastor!

I created this card for my Pastor, Clint Brown, his birthday was in April! He is such a great pastor, I thank God for him. He does have a mouth and nose, I just have to learn to take the pictures so that all attributes shine thru:)

The BIG 40!

I created this card for my best friend, Maggie, back in March. I had just gotten my Forever Young cart which I love!!!

Welcome!

I am so excited! I created a blog, never saw this coming. I have been so inspired by all of you that display such beautiful work on your blogs and the Cricut message board. I have been creating from afar, I think I am ready to allow the world to see. Thanks to all of you that have inspired me. I started watching tutorials on YouTube because I was not quite getting the Cricut card thing. With every one's help I have grown wings and I think I am ready to leave the nest. I am ready for the next level. Please come along for the ride! Feel free to leave comments. Thanks, Adrian
